  Customer Beware!!! We purchased a full set of appliances at the Gloucester location (microwave, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher) for our new kitchen. We were very happy with the sales team and as noted by others, they met competitors prices. However, when the refrigerator was installed, it didn't work. The serviceman came out and said it needed a new part... this is a brand new appliance-still in plastic! We asked for a replacement and were refused. And then, to add insult to injury...Doyon's is not making the repair until next Thursday. We are without a refrigerator for almost a week! We are saddened by this as we are new to town and prefer to deal with local small businesses. However, this will not be possible for appliances. Update: We received a call from Doyon's on December 20th informing us that if we did not remove our prior review (date 12/15/17), they would refuse to provide the scheduled repairs on the refrigerator. Although we certainly would like a working refrigerator ASAP, we chose not to remove the review. Before purchasing an appliance from this company, be sure to read the reviews of both the Gloucester and Reading locations. Doyon's gets very high marks for sales; it's their service after the sale that is lacking. Evidently they are happy to sell you an appliance, but less willing to stand behind it.
